https://www.facebook.com/maheshprofessionalforumpuneSecretory's Desk It gives me immense pleasure to communicate to all of you in the most favorite month, that is the festivals through MPF link. The beginning of the year was so exciting due to the huge response of new membership. As a result for we had to restrict the number of members. Really feeling proud to have a family of 169 members. Fitness is always a concern for professionals and what should be better way to show our endurance competing sports. BCL was the attempt to take this and as a result right from team formation to the final match , we are to find great team bonding and energy level . Secondly we had to say no for audience about availability of passes of ‘DISHA’programme. It was really a great feeling to admit that we justified the title of programme ‘DISHA’ by the wisdom of Shri Deepak Shinde. Under the visionary leadership of Shrikantji Bhutada and Pavanji Chandak, this year we are able to put some bench mark to the gift of Education Programmes in terms of Donations and quality of entertainment. How are we able convert our mental fitness into physical fitness, this was provided with the most entertaining ‘Zumba dance’. The enthusiastic team of Bharat Ladhe was able to put each and everyone on their feet for the Zumba dance. This took place on Sunday morning which was history for many of us. Dear friend the ultimate purpose of involving most of the members in each and every event is To create a bonding among ourselves and to develop leadership qualities .Your support to this is always an encouragement to initiate new ideas. Last but not the least my sincere thanks to the IT team under the leadership of Sujitji Jaju for creating virtual awareness about MPF. "Coming together is the beginning , working together is progress and keeping together is success. Because relationships with nice people is like sugar cane You can break it , crush it , squeeze it , even bite it or grind it still you will give only sweetness." DR. Member's CornerMission Admission!
#NEP #admission #eligibilitycriteriaforadmissions
Currently the National Education Policy (NEP) exists for primary onwards education only. However, they miss on the entry point. In most of the schools, all over India, the admission is possible only in kindergarten or nursery and not at the primary level. By excluding the pre-primary education from the purview of the NEP, the current system entirely ignores how a child is admitted into this education system. The Central Government has given a freehand to the States on many aspects and States in turn have passed on the discretionary powers to the schools. Schools are exploiting these powers to the best extent. They hit us at the right point – the weak point! As parents, we want to give the best education to our kids. Now best education itself underlines the fact that education is not uniform and so is the admission process! The varying eligibility criteria along with other challenges make the entire process gruesome. Firstly, every school has got a different date to issue admission forms. Some start as early as September whereas some are assured to get admissions even after issuing forms in January or February in the consequent session. Parents need to be great hedgers – hedge the risk of missing the admission to the most desired school! Secondly, schools have no uniform age and other eligibility criteria. Some take in kids at 3.5 whereas others deny! As parents we are completely confused of what the right age is. This disparity gets prominent in the higher classes and is problematic for students like those whose parents have got transferable jobs. Such divergent criteria turns the admission process into a nightmare for the parents. Thirdly, getting the admission form is even more a tedious process. Parents have to line up for as many as 2-3 days and nights to only procure the admission form. Well, why can't they be easily issued over the counter at a commonplace? And the best part is who do not burn their calories at all get through management quota. Now, management quota at pre-primary level is ridiculously freaking! These problems are commonly faced by parents and I am sure you might have also faced one! For those who have not yet, watch out! There are many good things and may be even worse things than mentioned here in the current system of education. But given the current admission process at the ground level, it is an earnest request to cover them under the broad framework of the current NEP. This should go a long way in helping both the children and the parents.
